The Courtyard Room
Shaded by towering Cottonwood trees, this room has a queen bed, pull out twin sleeper sofa sitting area with free-standing corner fireplace, dry kitchenette and bath with large walk-in shower. A peaceful outdoor sitting area overlooking the fountain and gardens completes this suite.

Off street parking, full kitchen with breakfast nook and private patio area allow for privacy and comfort. Available nightly or as a long term executive rental.

**LONG TERM EXECUTIVE RENTALS
In addition to our traditional bed and breakfast, the Casa Blanca Inn offers our business and executive travelers extremely convenient accommodations for their long term stay. A beautiful selection of turn key furnished private residences are offered for your enjoyment. Each home is tastefully decorated in the Southwest style and beautifully appointed. Outdoor spaces include wonderful gardens, fountains and ponds as well as patios and decks. Private laundry or laundry access is available with each unit. We also offer a workout room with a rowing machine and treadmill for out guests. Does not include breakfast.
Each long term rental includes cleaning, utilities, cable, internet, outgoing phone.
Rate ranges are seasonal and based on availability.
Weekly Rates are $600.00 per week for 2-8 wks.
Monthly Rates 1-12 months range from $1300.00 to $2800.00 month.
